You can book onto any date for delivery, it can be today, or in 4 weeks for example. For a pre-booking all you need to do is select the time slot based on TIME only. Then select your required delivery date on the calendar at check out.

Ordering a local delivery for someone else:
If you are placing an order for someone else you must first make sure someone will be in to receive the order. 

We will NOT leave the order anywhere unless it is sheltered (this does not include bins, under cars or bushes).

Missed deliveries: If we are unable to deliver your order due to there being no answer at the door, we will leave a ‘Sorry your missed us’ card and bring your order back to base.

Re delivery charge is £2 and can’t guarantee it will be the same day. If we are fully booked, or it is after 5pm you will be put onto the next delivery day to your area. You are also welcome to collect once your order is back at the unit. 

Orders will not be refunded if we are unable to deliver due to no answer at the door. Or if they aren’t collected when using click and collect.

We cannot split a delivery to 2 (or more) addresses, minimum order requirements per address is £10. Even if the addresses are next door – as each delivery costs us. The whole order will be delivered to the delivery address for you to then split and deliver to the other address(es). If you are needing more than one delivery, they need to be placed as 2 separate orders.
