We despatch each day Mon-Fri. Cut off time for same day despatch is 3pm. You will receive an order completed email once your goods are picked, packed and ready to be collected by our postal service. Please allow 2-5 working days from your order completion email for delivery before contacting us if it hasn’t arrived. We always aim to dispatch your order same day if ordered before 3pm, during busy periods however, this may not be possible and will take an extra day. 

Please note, if order is placed after 2pm on Friday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday by your chosen delivery method.
