We dispatch within 1-3 days. You will receive an order completed email once your goods have left us. Please allow 2-5 working days from your order completion email for delivery before contacting us if it hasn’t arrived.  

Please note when ordering chocolate during warm weather, we don’t use refrigerated transport and will not process refunds on heat damaged items.

If you need it quicker, then please select Express Delivery on check out for next day delivery, which is 1-2 days dispatch. 

Please note, if order is placed after 4pm on Thursday, until 10pm Saturday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday by your chosen delivery method.
